General Rules

• The Company, at its sole discretion and determination, has the absolute right to change, cancel, suspend, remove, modify or restart any game or tournament in Live Casino, forfeit the wagers by reason of fraud, refuse or cancel the wagers by reason of fortuitous event, acts of war, natural disaster, power outage, human error or fault or negligence by the Company or its employees which are in violation of the industry standards of work, software malfunction and any other event considered as force majeure. The Company’s decision is final and binding upon the customer.
• The virtual results, if any, for all Live Casino games are only for reference and will not be used to determine outcome of the live casino games.
• The betting timer shows the amount of time which a customer can place a bet. Duration of the timer will be at the sole determination of the Company. The customer will not be allowed to place bets after the expiration of the timer. Bets placed after the expiration of the timer shall be deemed invalid or void.
• The betting timer may encounter technical issues. All bets placed while the timer is encountering technical issue are at the customer’s own risk and the Company has the final decision whether to accept or reject such bets. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding upon the customer.
• Results showing a wrong entry due to live facility errors will be corrected accordingly based on the Company's video log facility. The win/loss calculation will based on the final corrected result and the Company's decision is final and binding upon the customer.
• The customer acknowledges that the game is very fast-paced and will often have quick results. In case of discrepancy between the result shown on streaming video and the result in the live gaming facility, the Company reserves the right to rely in the result of the live gaming facility as the final result and the Company’s decision is final and binding to the customer.
• The Company has the right to change the game flow/procedure in any condition with immediate effect even with short notice in order to increase the fairness and transparency of the game. Changes and update on the rules and regulations shall be issued by the Company later.
• In all circumstance, the Company’s decision is final and binding to the customer. If there is any dispute over the interpretation of the rules, the Company's interpretation shall prevail.
