Standard Terms and Conditions for Promotions (“Terms and Conditions”)
  1. The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to and govern all promotions offered and conducted by 12BET website www.12bet.com (“12BET”) unless specified otherwise.
  2. The promotion is limited to one time redemption only per person/family/account /mailing address/e-mail address/payment account/telephone number/device/IP address/shared computer environment, including but not limited to internet café or workplace throughout the duration of the promotion.
  3. 12BET will enforce strict rules on multiple accounts abuse in all of its promotions. 12BET, in its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion, shall decide on what activities shall constitute multiple accounts abuse.
  4. The Player may be requested to confirm that all the information registered under the Player’s account are correct and accurate. Failure to immediately confirm your identification information upon notification may result to disqualification or withdrawal from the promotion.
  5. A Player may participate only in one (1) promotion at a time. Before a Player is allowed to participate in any other promotion, he must first complete promotion that he is participating in.
  6. During the promotion period, strict rules apply to rollover requirement (“Rollover Requirement”). The Player is not allowed to withdraw funds until the applicable Rollover Requirements are met.
  7. The Rollover Requirement will start only after the promotion bonus is credited to the Player’s 12BET account.
  8. If the Rollover Requirement is not met within thirty (30) days after the bonus is credited to the Player’s account or within the time period stipulated in the specific terms and conditions applicable to the promotion, the credited bonus and any attributable winnings will be forfeited.
  9. If a Player has applied the promotion bonus, but before crediting the bonus, his account balance is not sufficient to complete the bonus turnover condition, 12BET shall require the Player to top up the balance or make additional fresh deposit for an amount which shall be sufficient to complete the bonus turnover condition.
  10. If a Player makes a request for withdrawal without satisfying the Rollover Requirement or completing the bonus turnover condition, 12BET shall reject the request. A Player can make another request for withdrawal once the roll over requirement or turnover condition has been satisfied.
  11. If a Player subsequently places a bet or increase the bets already placed after the promotion bonus is credited to his account, he shall not be allowed to cancel the bet or to withdraw the bonus and 12BET shall reject his request for bonus withdrawal, unless he satisfies the Rollover Requirement or bonus turnover condition first
  12. The Rollover Requirement will be considered fulfilled if the qualified Player’s account balance is less than the minimum stake allowed (i.e.: MYR5, THB50, IDR5,000 or INR20)
  13. Only wagers that generate a win/loss return will contribute to the Rollover Requirement. Cancelled or void wagers, wagers on odds less than 1.5 (Decimal odd); 0.5 (China odd); 0.5 (Malay Positive odd); -2.0 (Indo odd); -200 (US odd), or wagers on both even chances during a single game will not count towards this requirement.
  14. All promotions being offered and conducted by 12BET are intended for recreation only and 12BET may in its sole and exclusive discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion.
  15. By participating in the promotion, the Player agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless, indemnify and defend 12BET, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective stockholders, officers, directors, employees, consultants, advisors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses and losses suffered or sustained in connection with the participation in the promotion or with the acceptance of any prizes, winnings or bonuses.
  16. Any remittance, processing or service fee charged to the Player or to 12BET by the beneficiary bank of the Player shall be shouldered by or charged to the Player.
  17. If 12BET has reasons to believe that there is likely to be a breach of any Terms and Conditions relating to the promotions, or has reasons to be suspicious that there is abnormal bets, 12BET, in its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion and without explanation, shall have the right to reclaim the bonus or any attributable winnings, and/or void the free bets or any bets funded by the bonus. 12BET shall have absolute discretion to decide on what activities shall constitute abnormal betting.
  18. 12BET reserves the right to conduct random checks and review transaction records and logs from time to time and for any reason. If upon review 12BET deems that a Player has benefited from the promotion by using strategies or betting patterns that 12BET deems to be abusive, malicious, deceitful or unfair, 12BET, in its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion and without the need for explanation, reserves the right to withdraw the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
  19. 12BET reserves the right to request for a Player’s identification documents (e.g. passport or identity cards) for verification purposes prior to any withdrawal and/or crediting of any bonus or attributable winnings.
  20. 12BET, in its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion and without the need for explanation, reserves the right to exclude any Players or withdraw any Players from any and all promotions at any time and for any reason.
  21. 12BET reserves the right to modify, alter, change and/or withdraw or void any bonus offers or discontinue or cancel any promotions at any time and for any reason and without the need to provide any explanation or give prior notice.
  22. 12BET’s employees and their relatives, including all employees of the entities affiliated or related to 12BET are not permitted to participate in any promotions.
  23. 12BET, in its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion, reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and for whatever reason it may deem fit, without prior notice. 12BET shall make reasonable efforts to publish prominent notice on the Website displays any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  24. These Terms and Conditions have been originally written in the English language. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into any other language, the English version will prevail. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the specific or particular Promotion Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail unless otherwise provided herein.
  25. All discretions or decisions of 12BET on matters relating to promotions and bonuses shall be final and not subject to any appeal or review.
  26. Should disputes arise in all matters relating to the promotions, the awarding of bonuses, and/or these Terms and Conditions, the final decision always lies with 12BET. Any decision made will immediately be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by the Player or third party.
  27. These promotions being offered and conducted by 12BET are valid only where allowed by applicable local or national laws, and where persons may legitimately qualify to participate under applicable laws. The Player acknowledges that 12BET operates from a jurisdiction where it is licensed, regulated and legally permissible to make such promotions, and that 12BET makes reasonable efforts not to offer such promotions in prohibited jurisdictions or to Players in, or from prohibited jurisdictions. It is solely the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with their applicable local or national laws before participating in 12BET’s promotions. Further, by participating in such promotions, the Player likewise warrants that he has sought legal advice and/or is sufficiently familiar with applicable laws to verify that his participation is not contrary to such laws.
